Daily AM and PM Manager-on-Duty assignments for Placemakr Dupont Circle are derived from a fixed rotation across the eligible manager pool.
- Build the eligible pool. Only managers in Front Office, Housekeeping, and GM/OM. Supervisors are excluded.
- Pick today's AM MoD. Index = (day offset from today) mod (pool size). Each day shifts the pointer by one so the role rotates evenly.
- Pick today's PM MoD (weekends only). Index = (AM index + 1) mod (pool size). Weekdays do not require a PM MoD; weekends always do.
- Validate. A high-severity alert fires if a weekend day is missing AM or PM MoD.
